After you receive your order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your product unconditionally or request an exchange within 14 days.

Return and Exchange Conditions:
The products must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

After we receive the returned product, your payment will be refunded to you within 10-14 business days or an exchange will be made according to your request.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PERIODS

In case of return, the refund will be made according to your payment method. After the product's compliance with the return conditions is checked, Dibidip.com will refund your credit card within 10-14 business days.

Refunds for payments made in installments are refunded by the bank in the same number of installments.
For money transfer payments, you must provide us with your bank account information; the money transfer amount will only be refunded to an account number belonging to the person who placed the order.
If the conditions of the campaign used are violated in case of partial return of the products purchased by the customer in an order, the amount to be refunded to the customer is calculated as the difference between the total order amount of that order and the new amount formed when the product(s) not returned are purchased together. In cases where all of the products are returned, the total amount of that order is refunded to the customer.
